Ciambella Cake
Ok, if you have tasted this light, tasty, Italian cake you know it's a winner! Also, if you have ever spent time at my house, ever, there is a good chance you have had it. It was, and continues to be, a staple food group in my home. We love it and we love sharing it with others! It is so versatile and because it isn't too sweet it works for a breakfast snack or with chocolate pudding for dessert! I hope you lovvvvvvvvvvvvvve it! (it's pronounced CHAM BELLA)
Pre-heat oven to 375, and grease a round bundt cake pan.
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2/3 c. canola or veggie oil
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. milk (skim works well)
Beat the sugar and eggs, then add all other ingredients and blend together. Pour batter into greased bundt pan and cook at 375 for 30-35 mins. (I use a tooth pick to see if it's done) The cake will be golden brown and slightly crumbly inside. Hope you love it! m-

Rod was nice enough to give us tickets to the meet and greet with the Jazz players. We got everyone's autograph and even got to snap a few pics. It was a really fun experience, Thanks Rod! This is Dax with Coach Jerry Sloan and D Will!
